Meet our Founder and Managing Partner

  • visionary founder and managing partner of DIDEH Consulting Group, where she leads initiatives to transform healthcare through inclusion, diversity, and equity. Her diverse background and personal experiences navigating healthcare inequities—shaped by the stories of close friends and relatives as both patients and providers—motivated this vision.

Originally from Nigeria, Dr. Durojaiye moved to the US as a teenager. Although she now calls Ohio home, she has spent significant time living in Georgia, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Alabama, and New York.

“My understanding of different cultures and backgrounds is robust. The places I have thrived the most were those that fostered the success of individuals from diverse backgrounds like mine. These organizations went beyond merely having diversity, equity, and inclusion policies—they actively implemented them. My vision for DIDEH Consulting Group is to build healthcare systems where every individual—patients, students, and healthcare providers—feels valued, respected, and empowered.” - Mo
